We just can’t thank Pinnacle Construction and Design enough
To any potential clients of Pinnacle Construction and Design,
My wife and I contacted Pinnacle Construction and Design after we had been put into such a predicament we didn’t know who to turn to. Although we have experience with renters and owner financing we had no idea what we were in for when we owner financed one of our houses to a young couple with children, who within only a few months had stopped making mortgage payments and had started doing their own “improvements” to the home. After 10 months of no payments, and many uncompleted “renovations” later we were left looking at a horrific, infested mess of an uncompleted home, and no tenets to be found. Later we were able to get in contact with the previous “owners” but were still left in a huge financial bind; and at our ages, this is not the time, nor was it the only unfortunate incident to fall upon us at once.
Financially we had to find a way to renovate the disheveled house in order to find new tenets. PCD not only did all of the labor voluntarily, they also paid for many of the needed renovations and demolition. All of the workers that came to the home worked diligently to help us regain what we once had. From day one, Pinnacle was there to help us. They were clean, efficient and considerate. The home first had to be gutted, treated for infestation, and cleaned. Not only the carpeting but as well the padding underneath (which was literally stuck to the concrete floor) had to be removed and replaced. The only carpeting left was present in the bedrooms, the previous owners had replaced a great deal of the main area flooring (apparently themselves) with cheap wood laminate that had severely buckled due to poor installation, it had to be fixed and the baseboards replaced, painted, cut, and set. Drywall had to be replaced, patched and textured in places to the walls and even one in the garage ceiling. Nearly every door had to be replaced, due to gashes and punch holes. Just the amount of cleaning and painting alone, was overwhelming. The kitchen cabinets were refurbished and an island was added to replace the wall and pantry that the previous owners had torn down. Also, the garage had improvements done to make it more efficient and useable.
We just can’t thank Pinnacle Construction and Design enough for the amount of volunteer work, care, and time their workers and affiliates put into this home. We would especially like to thank Donnie and Jamie Galinski (PCD owners) for working so hard and so quickly for us, GOD BLESS YOU; we don’t know what we would have done without your help. They helped us in our time of need and we are proud to say that it took only a couple of weeks to have new tents in the home after the renovations were complete. My wife and I regained a lot of faith in people, after having a company so selflessly help us when we needed it the most. We highly recommend Pinnacle Construction and Design and will always call whenever we or anyone we know needs any type of construction work done. Thank you!

To whom it may concern,
Pinnacle Construction and Design has done work for not only my wife and I, but all of our local family. We have had them do many random jobs for us over the last few years and have been more than delighted each and every time. The work that we’ve had completed is only the beginning for our relationship with Pinnacle. We have had PCD retrofit a large drainage system for our home, take care of plumbing and AC issues, as well as other upgrades, and small repairs. One of our daughters has many times had work done on her current home and is now in the process of looking for property to build on or a home to renovate, and Pinnacle has been more than happy to send someone out to look at different properties with her. Pinnacle has installed a fence in my backyard, a mail box, and remodeled my master suite by adding chair rail, repainting and designing the room for a more quaint and relaxing atmosphere. PCD is one of the most reliable, knowledgeable, and honest businesses we have ever had the pleasure of working with. After the completion of various small repairs in our home we decided to renovate and upgrade our Grandfathered-in boathouse and have our seawall repaired. Although there were many headaches along the way, from permitting and other uncontrollable aspects, Pinnacle took care of everything and simply kept us informed, and aware of what was being done and when, and bottom-line how much it would cost; just as we would have wanted. They have had experience in dealing with boathouses, and seawalls before, so that really meant a great deal to us. Our experience with their workers and employees was wonderful and we couldn’t have asked for more. They were even able to easily locate lighting and faucet fixtures that my wife had discovered and had no idea where to purchase. Even though we were aware that they were also working on a large restaurant renovation, out of town, they were just as attentive and diligent as they could have been.
